Welcome to Reeltime, Cambodia's home for cinema. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Reeltime Media, the operator of the Reeltime website, apps, and streaming service (together, the "Service"). They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you create an account, purchase an access pass, or watch content on Reeltime. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
By creating a Reeltime account, purchasing an access pass, or otherwise accessing or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not create an account or use the Service.
Reeltime is intended for adults, and we do not currently offer any parental-consent or supervised-account process for younger users.
Reeltime is a streaming platform offering feature movies, series and TV shows, short-form movies, and live TV channels. Our catalog is updated over time, and the specific titles, channels, and features available to you may change, vary by title, and be added or removed at any time and without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any particular movie, series, short-form title, or channel will remain available on the Service for any specific length of time.
You can create a Reeltime account using an email address and password, or by signing in with your Google account (Google Sign-In). If you sign up with email and password, a forgot-password / reset-password option is available if you lose access to your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not you personally performed it.
To make it easier to watch on additional screens, such as a television, Reeltime offers a "link device" feature that lets you pair an extra device to your account using a pairing code or PIN shown in the app. You should only pair devices that you own or control, and you should remove a linked device from your account if you stop using it or if it changes hands.
Reeltime plans are prepaid, fixed-duration access passes — for example, an unlock for a single series, or an all-catalog pass valid for a set number of days or months — sold at a fixed price in US dollars (USD) that is shown to you at checkout before you pay.
Payments are made using KHQR / Bakong, Cambodia's national instant QR payment system, through a bank-to-bank or e-wallet transfer. Neither Reeltime nor its payment partners store your card numbers as part of this process.
Important: Reeltime access passes are not recurring subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Nothing on Reeltime is billed or charged to you automatically. When your paid access period ends, your access simply expires, and if you want to keep watching you will need to make a new, separate purchase.
Prices are shown in USD at the time of purchase. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; any such change will not affect an access pass you have already bought.
Reeltime does not currently offer refunds. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once your access to the corresponding content has begun.
If you experience a billing problem — for example, you were charged but did not receive the access you paid for, or you were charged in error — please contact us at support@reeltime.com and we will look into it.
Reeltime is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
All movies, series, short-form titles, live channels, artwork, logos, trademarks, and other materials made available through Reeltime are owned by Reeltime Media or licensed to us by our content partners and licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that content or of Reeltime's brand to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and, where applicable, payment for the relevant access pass, Reeltime grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable license to stream content through the Reeltime app for your own personal entertainment, for as long as your access to that content remains valid.
You agree not to download, copy, record, reproduce, redistribute, publicly perform or display, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any Reeltime content outside of the Reeltime app, and not to circumvent, remove, or interfere with the technical and contractual measures we use to protect our content and deter unauthorized access or copying. Doing so is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Reeltime lets you post comments on movies and series. By posting a comment or other content on the Service, you grant Reeltime a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and in connection with the Service, so that we can show it to other users as part of the normal operation of Reeltime.
You remain responsible for what you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is harassing or abusive, is spam or unsolicited advertising, or otherwise violates these Terms.
Reeltime may review, moderate, restrict, or remove any comment or user-generated content that we believe violates these rules or is otherwise inappropriate, at our discretion and without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms — for example, by sharing your account credentials, circumventing content-protection measures, posting prohibited content, or engaging in fraudulent payment activity.
Because Reeltime access passes are prepaid and fixed-duration rather than ongoing subscriptions, there is no subscription for you to "cancel" — you can simply stop using the Service at any time, and your paid access will run until it naturally expires. Stopping use before your access period ends does not entitle you to a refund, except as described in the Refunds section above.
If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, the license granted to you under these Terms ends immediately.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reeltime Media makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including as to its availability, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular content will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reeltime Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you will be limited to the amount you paid for the access pass giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of Cambodia.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cambodia.
We collect and use certain information to operate Reeltime, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to give you access to, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@reeltime.com, and we will respond to your request in line with applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or operational reasons. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, so we encourage you to check this page from time to time.
